1. When the machine is switched ON, electricity passes through the heating element.

2. The internal resistance wire heats up.

3. Heat transfers to the surrounding water in the tank.

4. Water temperature rises to around 85–95°C (ideal for premix drinks).

5. A thermostat or temperature sensor controls heating and prevents overheating.
